Mr. Hentz went above and beyond what I though he would do. He
took the time to explain to a heart-broken Mom about a Mom's
worse phone call from her son "Come get me at the police
station. I have been arrested."
He's a very professional person and he told me like it was-"he's
in some trouble-but we'll take care of it!" He went right to
work and eased my mind 100%. Was I worried, yes! But after
talking to Mr. Hentz a couple of times, I felt confident that it
would turned out for the better and it did!
