I just read an article that 20% of adults from 20 years old to 34 years are living at home with their parents. Adults less than 25 years old 43% are living at home with their parents.
The question is why? I believe the main two reasons are enormous college debt and very little job opportunities. Those two reasons are economical reasons but I believe there are parenting reasons to.
The last censes state that a child did not become an adult until the age of 30. WOW what a statement. I think the parents in general have forgotten that there job is to raise independent adults. The parent’s job is not to make their kids dependant on them until the age of 35.
